Our Richmond studio sits along Bridge Road in Melbourne's design precinct. On-street parking is available; the studio is a 7-minute walk from West Richmond Station and well served by tram routes 48 and 75.

Common questions
- Do you supply trade only, or also direct to homeowners?
- We work primarily with architects, builders and designers, but homeowners with active residential projects are welcome to visit the studio for specification and sampling.
- Can I order samples?
- Yes. Once we understand your project we'll prepare a curated sample set across the relevant collections — usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- What is your typical lead time?
- Lead times vary by product: in-stock Porcelain ranges ship within 1–2 weeks, if not it will be 6-8 weeks. Bespoke Lamont parquetry and VisionMax glazing are made-to-order and typically run 8–14 weeks.
- Do you service projects outside Melbourne?
- Yes — we regularly supply projects across Victoria and interstate. We coordinate sampling, freight and specification remotely where required.
